Product Features

Adjustable Sensitivity

Fine-tune the bubble detection threshold via MCU software, ensuring optimal sensitivity and reliability for diverse application needs.

Hygienic Safety

The non-invasive, clamp-on design eliminates any contact with the fluid, guaranteeing sterility and preventing contamination.

Color Independent

Detection accuracy is completely unaffected by the color of the tubing or the fluid, ensuring consistent performance across various media.

Compact Design

Features a highly integrated design with all circuitry enclosed within the sensor, offering a compact footprint ideal for space-constrained devices.

Customizable

Available in multiple standard sizes for common tube diameters, with options for full customization to meet your unique design requirements.

Technical Parameter

Measurable Liquids
Water, blood, saline, drinks, oil, viscous liquids, etc
Applicable Tubing
PVC, silicone, PE, PUR and other materials, with smooth inner and outer surfaces and no fiber or metal woven layer inside. Ideally, the wall thickness of the tubing is 10%-20% of the outer diameter. The tubing needs to be pressed to the bottom of the sensor measurement slot to guarantee close contact. Dry coupling between the tubing and sensor does not require the use of grease or other coupling agents.
Housing Material
ABS plastic
Input Voltage
5-30 VDC
Output Signal
Default: Liquid–5-30V, Air–0V. Other options available.
Current Consumption
Less than 50mA
Working Temperature
0°C to 60°C
Storage Temperature
-20°C to 70°C
Relative Humidity
30% to 90% RH(No condensation)
Protection Class
IP65
Atmospheric Environment
No corrosive gases allowed
Self-test
Optional feature. The self-test function provides a status check when the sensor is not connected to a tube. When an external 0V input signal is applied, the sensor indicates gas detection and the LED turns red.

Case in Medical

Extracorporeal Circulation Systems

Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO), often referred to as an artificial heart-lung machine, is an emergency medical technology used to support or completely replace the function of the heart and/or lungs. In high-risk cardiac procedures like Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), as well as in the resuscitation of Intensive Care Unit (ICU) patients suffering from severe respiratory or circulatory failure, ECMO serves as the ultimate line of defense for life.
